Wheldon Commercial EPC are a local family run independent company of energy assessors, our aim is to provide an efficient service at a competitive price. We offer both domestic EPC and commercial EPC reports.
Commercial EPC Reports
These are required for one of the following four reasons:-
- You are selling a property.
- There is a change of tenants.
- You have changed the heating system and extended your premises, or
- The occupier wants to save money and improve performance of a building and its workforce.
Wheldon Commercial EPC can produce an Energy Performance Certificate report for your property and advise you on energy use. Good lighting and temperature give better productivity for your workforce with fewer mistakes.
Prices are from £199 for a small commercial shop. Larger premises are priced on area and number of zones of use. Email for a ring back and same day quotation.
All commercial properties being let, sold or altered are required to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). We pride ourselves on the personal tailored service we provide. We will take the strain out of the certification process.
